Our community

West Boylston is a very unique but traditional town, and regardless to it's modest size, small towns do have their perks. It's a commendable area to grow up, and raise a family in. West Boylston's prime location is just outside of the bustling city life of Worcester, but still not too far from necessities and places to go. It's a very close-knit community with a small school. Everyone, whether they like it or not, knows just about everyone else in town.

I  did my project on Mount Vernon Cemetery, that's located in the center of town. I have family members and close family friends buried here. A close family friend, Kyle Little, is buried here, and my and his family have picnics or celebrations in his honor here   several times during the year. It's not just a place to mourn the dead, but to celebrate the life they lived. It's a beautiful, tranquil area in town, and I have included several pictures of the east sector of the cemetery on the page below.
