West Boylston Municipal Lighting Plant.

WBMLP is a respected business in the West Boylston community because it serves everyone by giving them light.

Main Office.

This is the main office where the residents of West Boylston come to pay their bills and share their concerns about our town's electricity.

Stairs of the Main Office.

This is another view of the main office from the front door and this is where the people walk up to come pay their bills.

Office 1.

This is the office where meetings are held and also where the employees have coffee breaks.

Main Office desk.

Throughout the main area of the Lighting Plant there are four desk just like this one and this is where the secretaries work.

Decorations.

Pictures like this and the one beside it are posted throughout the business and give atmosphere to the building.

Decoration #2, Old Stone Church.

This is also meant to give the work area a sense of atmosphere and also provides pictures of the old and new town of West Boylston.

VP office.

This is my father's office which is located at the back right area of the building.

Equipment and protection.

This is what the old attire for the WBMLP workers looks like. It is called a "hard hat" which gives protection from being electricuted and/or heavy equipment falling on your head.

Idea guy.

I thought this magnetic lightbulb guy was cute and added a sense of humor to my dad's office.

Lunch Room.

This is the area in which the employees eat and spend their "free-time" when they are waiting for work to be assigned.

Time Clock.

This clock records the time/date of which each worker arrivves and leaves the job.

Meters.

These are where the pulled meters or meters that need repairs for the town are held.

This dorr is located at the back of the building and is meant for only the employees of this building to enter and exit.

Garage

This garage is below the entire main office and holds the main bucket trucks and other supplies.

Stair case.

These stairs are used by workers to get to and from the offices to the lower area garage.

Lockers

These lockers are used to hold personal belongings of the employees.

Wood Chipper.

This is used to chip trees that the WBMLP cut down.

Forklift.

This forklift is used to life heavy items that need to be carried by machine on and off the work cites.

Bucket Truck

This is one of the four main bucket trucks. On the back of each truck are wire, riopes, water, cones, and other equipment used to repair light sources for the town.

Uniform Closet.

This is a room located next to the truck station downstairs and is where the uniforms for the men are contained.

Dump truck

This is the only "dump truck" used by the WBMLP. This truck allows the workers to not only pick up after themselves but help keep West Boylton a safe and clean community.

Storage room.

This is where the equipment for the entire town's light sources are held. The lights for the Christmas tree in teh center of town and the banners across town are kept.

Bolts

This is just one of the many storage cabinets in the storage room that contain the bolts and other tools needed to keep the town's electricity in order at all times.
