S & S Farms

What makes West Boylston unique?

West Boylston is the perfect suburban town. It has the convenience of bordering Worcester, where you can find pretty much everything you need, and the nice relaxing seclusion of a rural town. It also has a few conveniences right in town, including a Wal-Mart and a movie theater.

West Boylston used to be part of Boylston, and many of its original residents resided where the Wachusett Reservoir the town now surrounds is located. After the Wachusett Reservoir was created in order to supply Boston with water, the residents that were forced to move out of the area decided to form their own town, the town of West Boylston.

S&S Farms and Deli

I chose S&S Farms and Deli because I work there. This allows me to go behind the scenes and take pictures of everything and be able to explain the inner workings of the business.

S&S Farms sells fruits and vegetables to customers throughout the year, and Christmas trees in December. S&S Deli sells meats and dairy products year-round.

Anyone who wants fruit, vegetables, meat or dairy: mainly men and women ranging from 40 to 80 years in age.

S&S Farms and Deli are both owned by Steve Recupero.
