Photograph the outdoors. Document the weather, the time of day, the season and lighting conditions. Notice the way the temperature, wind, rain or snow affects objects in the landscape. Look for patterns.  Photograph a wide panoramic scene or use depth of field to isolate and emphasize a single object in the landscape. Consider perspective, lighting, texture, form and point of view. Choose to include people in your landscapes or not.
To make your photographs aesthetically pleasing, remember to zoom in on the subject.
