In order to be a Tri-M member, the
student must:
1. Have enrolled in a school-sponsored music ensemble and/or class
for a semester for at least three years;
2. Be of excellent
character, exhibit a good attitude toward teachers and fellow
students, and be cooperative and helpful in their classes and
school; and
3. Have maintained
for the previous semester at least A- grade or equivalent in music,
with at least a B average grade or equivalent in other academic
subjects
Tri-M meetings
are held once every month.
