On December 15, 2007 the West Boylston TOADS program took a day trip to Boston, Massachusetts. Students were to dress warmly because of the bitter cold temperatures that occurred on the day of the trip. First students met at Union station in Worcester, and took the train into Yawkey Station in Boston, just outside of Fenway Park. From there the TOADS spend some time in the Red Sox Pro-shop to shop or to warm up from the cold temperatures. From there we took a tour of Fenway Park. We visited the press box, luxury boxes, and some of the famous seating areas, which sadly did not include the Green Monster. A tour guide brought us around the park and gave us some information about the history of the park and the team.

After the tour of Fenway Park, the TOADS took the "T" to a restaurant called Fire and Ice. The point of fire and ice is for the customer to create his/her own meal from the meal to the sauce. Fire and Ice has a buffet of raw meet and seafood, along with different forms of un cooked pasta, vegetables, and potatoes. After picking their choice of food from the buffet, the customer moved over to the sauces table. There are a variety of sauces ranging from spicy, extra spicy, sweet, tangy, and BBQ. From there the customer moves to the cooking area. There are cooks who fry your food right in front of you on  a massive grill 10 feet in diameter.

After Fire and Ice we took the "T" to Tomb. Tomb is an interactive puzzle based on ancient Egypt. The purpose of the puzzle is to navigate your way through a series of chambers a obstacles, in an attempt to complete a designated task. If you fail there are alternate routes through the afterlife. The puzzle tests your problem solving abilities and quick thinking capabilities. It is safe and recommended for people of all ages. After the puzzle the TOADS were allowed to shop for souvenirs in the gift shop.

There was no photography allowed during the puzzle so unfortunately the pictures of tomb are limited.
