New Club “Paws”-es to Offer Support

Home Up

Students in the High School now have a new club to join.  According to the Mission Statement, “Helping Paws” was created as a way for kids at West Boylston High School to get involved in the local communities to better the lives of animals in need.   The club will aid and support shelters that help animals to find homes through fundraisers and various activities and events in the school and community. Two of the main shelters we support are Sterling Animal Shelter and Worcester Animal Rescue League. Helping Paws includes many members from all different grades.

Events

Helping Paws made a scarecrow for the town's annual scarecrow contest.

Our latest fundraising project was Helping Paw's annual Giving Tree! The tree helps provide supplies that the shelters need to keep going. Monetary donations are welcome and can be given to Mrs. Avery.
