Highly
effective people are highly effective communicators.
They are assertive, confident, and clear in their presentations.
They know how to take command of their audiences.
Students in grades nine through twelve have an opportunity at West
Boylston High to enhance their speaking and presentation skills through Drama
Workshop. Students will explore
the actor-audience relationship, “acting” in everyday life, the creation of
believable characters through improvisation and scripted-scene development, and
they special skills of acting: vocal projection and physical movement on stage.
